Cleaning is not included in the price.

It is located next to the Plaza Mayor, with a supermarket in the same building. Subway stations are: Latina, Tirso de Molina and Sol.

You will find all besheets when you arrive but it is mandatory to pay them at your move out i you have used them. The price is aprox 60.-€.

It is mandatory to hire a cleaning service of at least eight hours (80.-€) a month for hygiene reasons, the cleaning lady charges €10.- per hour and it will be paid directly to the cleaning lady among all the occupants of the apartment. So each if there are 3 students, each student has to pay 27.-€ a month for the cleaning.

For the room reservation you have to pay the first month with roomlessrent and also directly to the owner a two months security deposit + sign the contract, if you don´t pay to the owner the two months security deposit and sign the contract, the apartment cannot be rented even if you have paid the first month through roomlessrent. The two months security deposit will be returned when you leave if you haven´t caused any damage. You must pay new bedsheets when you leave if you have used them.
