Excellent apartment in a quiet area of Albufeira, a few meters from a supermarket and just 700m from Praia da Galé..

With 1 bedroom and capacity for 2 people, it has a large balcony where you can dine enjoying the great climate of the Algarve. The building also has an elevator and public parking (no reserved space)..

The accommodation is fully equipped, including air conditioning (hot/cold), washing machine and dishwasher. All linen and towels are provided as well as amenities for the first day such as shower gel and toilet paper..

The day before your stay we will send you a message with the information you will need for your check-in. For your convenience, we have two options:.

1) Check-in takes place directly at the accommodation from 3:30 pm, in case you answer us your arrival time in the message that we will send you the day before the stay, or inform us by email or telephone at any time..
2) If you do not inform us about your arrival time 24 hours before check-in, you can come to our Welcome Center in Vilamoura at any time from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, where you can collect the keys to the accommodation..

Please note that late check-in takes place directly at the accommodation and has the following costs:.
- From 19:00 to 00:00 = 30€ Euros.
- From 00h = 50€ Euros.

We also offer a personalized transfer service that can take you from the airport to the accommodation (price and availability on request)..

Upon check-out, guests must leave the accommodation in a reasonable state of cleanliness. Otherwise, (hidden) reserves the right to charge an extra cleaning cost..

PRICE DESCRIPTION: Because we also work with short-term rentals, the prices generated here vary from month to month, what we do is we divide the total amount of rent you will have to pay for the desired period and divide into equal monthly payments, this way is less confusing for both of us and you do not have to pay a different amount every month.
